Our Process
From First Call to Final Walkthrough
Waterfront projects go well when they are planned before they are built. Here is how a project moves from an idea about your property to a finished, documented structure.
-
Tell us about the property
Share the location, the service you need, any existing structure, and what you want the waterfront to do. Photos and vessel details help us understand the project early.
-
Project review
We look at site access, water conditions, the existing structure, and the scope. This is where the real constraints and opportunities of the site come into focus.
-
Proposal and planning
We recommend an approach, define the scope and options, and lay out the permit path and the decisions that are yours to make. No surprises started here means fewer later.
-
Construction
We mobilize, keep you informed, and do the work. Any changes are discussed, and progress is documented as the structure takes shape.
-
Completion
We walk the finished work with you, provide care information, and — where applicable — the documentation for what was built. Then we ask how we did.
Timelines depend on the project, the site, and permitting, so we discuss realistic expectations with you rather than publishing fixed ranges.
